• Traditional Main Post Ceremony (เสาเอก): The build began with this essential ceremony to bless the structure for prosperity.
• Piling and Footings: Structural works included piling to engineered depths, followed by reinforced footings and ground beams.
• Comprehensive Protection: Before floor slabs were laid, an anti-termite system and a protective moisture barrier were installed to safeguard the home against Thailand’s tropical environment.
• Infrastructure Precision: Infrastructure included the professional installation of septic tank and seepage systems, alongside a complete first fix of electrical conduits and plumbing.
