The Journey of the Ban Ped Project: From the Ground Up to a Finished Home

The Ban Ped Project began with a clear vision: to build a solid, modern, single-storey home featuring 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in Khon Kaen for our clients,  the project was carefully managed by Quality Touch Construction every step of the way. Here is the story of how this beautiful home came to life:

1. Groundwork & Prep (การเตรียมพื้นที่): Elevated the land to prevent flooding, built sturdy boundary walls, and installed the drainage system. (ถมดินหนีน้ำท่วม สร้างกำแพงล้อมรอบที่แข็งแรง และวางระบบระบายน้ำ)

2. Foundations (งานฐานราก): Applied termite and moisture protection, laid concrete floor slabs, and cast the reinforced concrete columns. (ทำระบบกันปลวกและกันความชื้น วางแผ่นพื้น และหล่อเสาคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก)

3. Structure & Walls (โครงสร้างและผนัง): Installed the main roof and built walls using heat-insulating AAC blocks with safely hidden electrical conduits. (ขึ้นโครงและมุงหลังคา ก่อผนังด้วยอิฐมวลเบากันความร้อน พร้อมฝังท่อร้อยสายไฟในกำแพง)

4. Finishing Phase (งานตกแต่งภายใน): Completed smooth plastering, laid floor tiles, installed interior doors, and built a reinforced concrete kitchen counter. (ฉาบผนังเรียบเนียน ปูกระเบื้องพื้น ติดตั้งประตู และสร้างเคาน์เตอร์ครัวคอนกรีต)

5. Extensions & Handover (ส่วนต่อเติมและการส่งมอบ): Added a rear kitchen extension, finished painting and bathroom fixtures, and successfully handed over the completed home.

From an empty plot of land to a warm, sturdy, and welcoming home, the Ban Ped Project was successfully handed over perfectly tailored to their lifestyle and built to the exacting standards of Quality Touch Construction.
