Every home tells a story, and the Ban Fang project is a tale of timeless elegance tailored for the Thai climate. Designed as a beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Modern Classic home, this project focuses on creating a secure, private sanctuary without sacrificing natural light or cooling airflow.
One of the standout design elements of this home is the integration of Breeze Blocks (Ventilation Blocks) into the front fence and exterior spaces. In Thailand's tropical heat, this smart design choice provides essential privacy and security while allowing natural breezes to flow freely through the property, preventing heat build-up and maintaining a stunning aesthetic.
Respecting Tradition, Engineering for the Future
At Quality Touch Construction, a successful build starts long before the first brick is laid. For the Ban Fang site, we began by ensuring the land was fully leveled and perfectly prepared, complete with temporary electricity and access to well water to keep construction running efficiently.
We deeply respect local culture, which is why we proudly participated in the Main Post Ceremony (Pi Thi Sao Ek) to bless the land, bringing good fortune and safety to the build.
Once the blessings were complete, we moved full steam ahead with Western-standard engineering. From driving concrete piles to precise engineered depths to securely casting the footing foundations and pouring the ground beams, every structural element is meticulously checked. Before pouring the main concrete floor slab, we installed our comprehensive under-slab termite treatment piping and laid heavy-duty vapor barriers—ensuring the home is protected from the ground up.
