The centrepiece of this vision is a custom-designed private swimming pool that seamlessly connects with the home's living areas.
At Quality Touch Construction, we believe that a great pool should do more than just look stunning—it should work beautifully too. We collaborated closely with the homeowners to refine every aspect of the design, ensuring that the layout not only maximizes natural light and cooling breezes but also perfectly accommodates their family's lifestyle.
Precision and Care from the Ground Up
Bringing a dream pool villa to life requires meticulous planning and solid engineering. For the Non Rueang site, our work began with thorough land preparation. We cleared the site and elevated the land with carefully compacted soil to ensure optimal drainage and flood protection.
We listen to our clients. When reviewing the layout on-site, we even customized the perimeter wall and front entrance to ensure there were no sharp angles, matching their exact aesthetic and spatial preferences.
Currently, our heavy-duty piling works are 100% complete, driven to precise engineered depths. As we prepare the steel rebar for the robust ground beams and columns, we are also looking forward to hosting the Main Post Ceremony (Pi Thi Sao Ek)—a beautiful Thai tradition to bless the home and bring good fortune before the main structure rises.
