For the Nong Yai site, our proactive management was put to the test. When the tropical rains arrived, we didn't stop working. Instead, we laid a temporary crushed rock base (Hin Kluk) across the site, ensuring a safe, clean, and stable environment for our machinery and team to keep the project strictly on schedule.
Before pouring the main concrete floor slab, we focused heavily on structural integrity and protection. After pouring the reinforced concrete ground beams, we meticulously installed a comprehensive under-slab termite treatment system. We also laid heavy-duty plastic vapor barriers over the soil to block rising dampness—essential steps often skipped in standard local builds, but mandatory for a Quality Touch home.
